Reducing emissions and energy consumption to promote sustainable development has always been a part of Siemens’ 160-year-old tradition of innovation. On World Environment Day, this year, Siemens upped the ante on innovation and created , unique narrative for finding solutions to the challenges of world sustenance by introducing the seed paper.
This unique initiative was introduced in partnership with Mint, a leading English business. Through its Mumbai and New Delhi editions, seeds of marigold plant were embedded into the newspaper, which could be sowed in a flower pot.
Siemens also extended this initiative at its headquarters in Worli, Mumbai. Employees were provided with seeds and a special pot to plant the same in, to help create a greener future.
Siemens asks you to be a part of the initiative, to do your bit to contribute to the sustainable development of the world. Be part of Siemens’ vision of creating sustainable lives, careful use of energy resources and a cleaner environment. Join hands to create a greener tomorrow – sow the seed paper, today.
